I had an amazing stay! The hotel is located near the city center, which was perfect for my travel needs. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, especially the Indonesian food. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was impressive.

The location was also ideal, providing accessibility to nearby attractions.

The difficulty in ordering food to your room, as the QR code on the TV screen was not easily scannable with some smartphones. Another issue was the lack of dinner options available when I arrived at the hotel late, with only beer being offered for drinks.

The only minor issue we encountered was ordering food to our room using the TV screen's QR code. As some smartphones struggled with the scanner, a print-out QR code would have been appreciated.
